Background

‘Deji Ajani has fondly called, is a globally rated innovation for social good advocate and enabler, instructional technologist, researcher, serial entrepreneur, and sustainability strategist.

Previously the Chief Sustainability Officer, ‘Deji now heads the Accelerator and Special Project Division of Opolo Global Innovation, a leading institution focusing on innovation enablement, start-up incubation, and idea acceleration. Also, he is the Principal Consultant of Leads Innovation Limited, a proprietary Nigeria start-up focusing on strategic contextual solutions to address Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). 

As an innovation-focused researcher, ‘Deji Ajani has published up to 22 highly-rated researched articles focusing on technology integration for education, with particular interest in Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, Edtech policy, and Data Science. Deji Ajani’s research in STEM has earned him many research scholarships as a young scholar and a doctoral student focusing on AI and Extended Reality adoption for edutourism in Africa.
