Background

Promise A. Mpamah has a PhD in Biological and Environmental science from the University of Jyvaskyla, Finland, MSc in Environmental biology and biogeochemistry (EBB) from the University of Eastern Finland, MBA (Executive, with specialization in Financial Mgt) from Lagos State University, NIgeria. His research interest is mainly in the area of soil ecology, with special focus on soil microbial ecology, wetland ecology and soil biogeochemistry in general. He has been involved in the planning of field sampling for local and foreign collaborators,  designing of field protocols and distributing same to all the collaborators (local and Foreign), distribution of sampling equipment to all the sampling sites and collaborators as well as retrieving collected samples from different countries and analyzing the samples (gas and soil samples). He has worked both as a trainee and trainer in the field and laboratory at the Biogeochemistry research group, university of Eastern Finland, Kuopio campus. He is also a reviewer for one the prominent Environmental science  journals
